Q1. How does delivery work?
Orders typically ship on the same day they are placed. If placed in the morning, your order will be delivered by the afternoon. Otherwise, your order will ship the following day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your package until it arrives.

If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may ship from different locations to ensure faster delivery, depending on stock availability.

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • 0–5 miles: Free Shipping
  • 6–10 miles: $10 shipping fee
  • 11–20 miles: $20 shipping fee
  • 21–30 miles: $30 shipping fee
  • 31–40 miles: $40 shipping fee
  • 41–50 miles: $50 shipping fee

Q2. Can I change my Delivery address?
Yes, you can! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at info@douglasridgefarms.com with the new shipping address. If it has already shipped, you can still redirect it via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Note: We cannot retrieve or redirect orders that have already been delivered to the incorrect address, so please double-check your details at checkout.

Q3. Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered.
While our courier aims for same-day delivery, delays may occasionally occur. If your order hasn’t been delivered by the end of the day, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the courier and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Note: The timeline for resolving the investigation may vary, but we’ll do our best to help resolve it quickly.

Q4. What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If there is an issue with the condition of your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately and provide a photo of the item. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve any concerns.
